Screened Control Cable

This cable is built for environments where signal accuracy is constantly challenged by electromagnetic noise.

A dense copper braided shield or copper tape shielding layer is wrapped around the insulated cores, forming a continuous protective barrier that reduces interference from nearby power equipment, frequency converters, and industrial electromagnetic sources.

At the conductor level, oxygen-free copper ensures stable conductivity, while the insulation system (PVC or XLPE) is engineered for long-term resistance to oil, bending stress, and thermal aging. The structure is not just flexible, but mechanically stable under repeated installation movement.

In industrial plants where signal lines run parallel with power infrastructure such as screened control cable routes, this shielding structure helps maintain clean signal transmission without distortion or cross-channel interference.

Production is flexible and not limited to fixed configurations. Customers can request structure changes based on drawings or real project conditions, including shielding type, core layout, and insulation system selection.

Trial samples can be provided before mass production to verify shielding effectiveness in actual operating environments. Mixed specifications within the same batch are also supported to match multi-system engineering requirements.
